timsTOF Pro 2 + EvoSep One

The timsTOF Pro 2 uses the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) acquisition method to provide high sensitivity and high speed in shotgun proteomics using low sample amounts.

The EvoSep One is specifically designed for bottom-up clinical proteomics. It employes factory designed LC methods and separation columns that undergo vigorous testing for consistency, sensitivity, and reproducibility, which translates to high-quality data that can be compared and integrated among multiple sites.

We offer this instrument exclusively for bottom-up proteomics using both data-dependent and data-independent acquisitions. A wide range of samples have been analyzed in our facility, including cell lysates, tissues, and various bodily fluids (serum, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, tear film, etc.). We have also performed clinical proteomic studies.
